Dr. Bartosz Sujecki is a partner at Van Diepen Van de Kroef Advocaten in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is the head of the IP/IT department of Van Diepen Van de Kroef Advocaten. He is admitted to the Dutch and the German Bar and specialises in the field of intellectual property, IT-law and tech related commercial litigation. Dr. Sujecki studied German and Dutch law at the Leibnitz Universität Hannover, Germany, the Rijksuniversiteit Gronigen, the Netherlands, and the Universiteit van Amsterdam. In 2008, he obtained a PhD on a comparative study on the introduction of electronic court proceedings from the Universiteit Utrecht. Dr. Sujecki is an author of books and articles regarding border litigation, intellectual property law and IT law. In addition, he is a frequent speaker on conferences and trainings courses for lawyers and judges, such as the European Academy of Law, the Deutsche Richterakademie, the Dutch SSR, the New York State Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, and the ITechLaw.
