Christopher is a Director within Tax, focusing specifically on International Tax. He joined Deloitte in Malta in 2014 as part of the firm’s Pathway Programme. He graduated summa cum laude from the International Tax Center Leiden, following which he worked as a teaching assistant for the autumn term of the 2017–18 class. Christopher specialises in structuring and advising on cross-border financing. He is the Technical Champion for Pillar Two (the global minimum tax) in Malta and manages the firm’s National Tax Office. Additionally, he has been engaged in policy work, having managed the delivery team in a cross-functional public engagement concerning fiscal matters.

Christopher also lectures on topics concerning domestic and international tax law with a number of professional institutes, including the University of Malta. He presently serves as Chairperson of the Malta Institute of Taxation’s International Tax Sub-committee and sits on the Executive Council of the Malta Golf Association.
