Prior to joining YPOG, David headed the German Corporate Crime & Investigations practice at Eversheds Sutherland. Before that, he worked at the renowned commercial and fiscal criminal law firm ROXIN in Düsseldorf and Hamburg. He studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, the Università di Firenze and Humboldt-Universität Berlin, where he obtained his doctorate. He also holds an LLM in International Criminal Law from Columbia University New York and the University of Amsterdam.
