Dr. Jason Corbett is the Founder and Managing Partner of Silk Legal, a corporate law firm with offices in Bangkok and Dubai, advising on corporate law, fintech, blockchain, and web3. With nearly two decades of experience, he has represented startups, creditors, and multinational companies in complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, and high-stakes litigation, including over 200 matters in the web3 space. Jason is the only Thailand-based member of the International Insolvency Institute and has played a leading role in restructuring distressed firms and executing cross-border settlements. Beyond his legal practice, he is an entrepreneur and the Founder of NCM Group, a litigation fund focused on cybersecurity crimes and financial fraud. His expertise has been featured in LexisNexis, Thomson Reuters, and IGCL, and he is a frequent speaker on digital asset regulation. Jason holds a Doctor of Juridical Science from La Trobe University and is admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales.
