Johannes Gasser is senior partner of GASSER PARTNER, one of the leading law firms in Liechtenstein and a Chambers Global top-tier firm, which was established in 1954. Johannes Gasser is ranked by Chambers Global as a “leading individual” in Liechtenstein. He is admitted to the Liechtenstein and Austrian Bar and specialises in advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals in setting up, administrating and challenging and defending Liechtenstein foundations and trusts in international litigation and arbitration. Johannes is a frequent speaker at the Liechtenstein University and the University of Innsbruck (Austria) on foundation and trust law issues, and a legal expert witness in UK and other courts on Liechtenstein law. He is a member (Trust Estate Practitioner) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, an Academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law and an International Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
