Martin Eimer is a dispute resolution partner at Ashurst in Munich and Frankfurt. His practice spans a broad range of commercial disputes across a variety of sectors, regularly relating to complex technical matters in the IT/technology, and plant, equipment and product manufacturing industries, as well as to cross-border issues. He has a particular focus on mass damages and collective redress litigation. He has represented clients in some of the most high-profile cases in Germany in this field for more than 20 years.
Dr. Eimer received his legal education at the Universities of Cologne, Munich (Germany) and Salzburg (Austria) as well as at the Higher Regional Court of Duesseldorf with placements at Essex-Court Chambers in London and the ICC Court in Paris. Martin holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the University of Edinburgh and a Doctor of Laws degree (Dr.) from the University of Regensburg (Germany).
