Dr. Martin Heisch is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team at Prager Dreifuss. He represents domestic and foreign clients in civil and commercial litigation (including banking and insurance disputes) before Swiss courts, arbitral tribunals, and authorities. He further focuses on national and cross-border insolvency and enforcement matters. Martin Heisch also advises clients on contractual and commercial matters, particularly in the areas of sanctions and compliance.
