Dr. Roy Schöndorf is the head of international dispute resolution at Herzog Fox & Neeman. He previously served as Israel’s Deputy Attorney General (International Law). In this capacity, Roy was responsible for all public and private international law issues across the government. He led the representation of the state of Israel in sensitive international commercial arbitration proceedings, advised governmental bodies on arbitration demands made by commercial institutions and prepared the state’s legal positions in domestic litigation on a wide range of issues, including the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
