Dr. Stephan Degen, Maître en Droit (Paris X), is an equity partner at the law firm HEUKING. As a German attorney and tax advisor, he has been advising German and international clients in the areas of tax law (particularly tax litigation), mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring for more than 20 years. In addition, Dr. Stephan Degen is responsible for HEUKING’s French Desk, where he advises clients from French-speaking countries in the aforementioned areas.
