Following her PhD in the field of fluid dynamics at the Technical University of Munich, Ulla completed her training as a patent attorney in a Munich law firm and subsequently gained diverse experience in intellectual property law as a (senior) partner in a medium-sized patent law firm. With the successful completion of the course “European Intellectual Property Law” Ulla obtained the qualification Master of Laws (LLM). Further, Ulla completed the advanced training “Leadership in Law Firms” at Harvard University. Ulla is founding partner of Alpspitz IP and is admitted to practice as a German and European patent, trademark and design attorney and as a representative before the Unified Patent Court.
