Ebba is head of Schjødt’s Stockholm office and leads the tax practice. She specialises in structuring and tax matters relating to private equity, M&A and capital markets. She has extensive experience in fund structuring, real estate transactions, incentive programmes, tax litigation, and sustainability and ESG. She regularly advises leading clients across private equity, investment management, banking, industry, technology, energy and utilities, media and telecom, as well as real estate, on complex and cutting-edge transactions, including strategic risk management matters. Ebba holds an LLM from the University of Gothenburg and the University of Toulouse (2006) and was admitted to the Swedish Bar Association in 2011. She joined Schjødt in 2021 after 15 years with a leading international law firm, where she worked in Stockholm, Luxembourg, and Paris. She is ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500.
