Edith N. Nordmann is Managing Partner and Attorney-at-Law at ACG International and Chairperson of the Netherlands India Chamber of Commerce and Trade (NICCT). She is an experienced corporate and commercial litigator, holds an expert qualification in employment law, is an internationally ADR-certified mediator, and specialises in complex cross-border disputes and transactions, including international arbitration.
Edith teaches and lectures on international commercial disputes and cross-border litigation, including at Christ University (India) and at the University of Bologna’s Ravenna Summer School on Cross-Border Litigation and International Arbitration. She is a regular speaker at international conferences and forums connected to the B20/G20 process.
Since 2023, she has been involved in the B20 Task Force on the Future of Work, Skilling and Mobility, contributing to international policy discussions on employment-related legal challenges.
