Fauzan is an Associate in NARA Law’s Corporate, Commercial and Capital Markets Practice Group. His practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial areas, including cross-border private acquisitions, joint ventures and manpower. He has advised and acted for a diverse range of multinational companies in the mining, banking, securities, financing, manufacturing, energy, tech and plantation industries, particularly from South Korea, in a wide variety of areas, including acquisitions, manpower, financing, licensing, corporate governance and debt restructuring. He also regularly advises on the structuring of transactions and investments to address the foreign investment regime and assists in the preparation of licensing applications to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, and works to obtain the relevant approvals. Recently, he led multiple legal due diligence investigations on behalf of a major South Korean financial services institution in relation to the sales of assets and non-performing loans, among other completed corporate transactions.
