Filip Murár is an experienced lawyer based in Noerr’s Prague office who specialises in cross-border debt financing transactions, venture lending, financial regulation, and emerging areas of fintech and cryptoassets law. Filip has represented both lenders and borrowers on a number of acquisition, project or real estate financing deals, and spent over a year as a secondee with the EU venture debt legal team of the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.
