Fiona also provides strategic advice to clients seeking to obtain trade mark rights, as well as advising on inter-partes proceedings and intellectual property agreements. Fiona studied English Language and Linguistics at the University of Aberdeen, and also has a Masters in Forensic Linguistics from Aston University.
