Fiona is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney. She manages a number of portfolios where anti-counterfeiting strategies play a crucial role in the enforcement of intellectual property rights in the UK and worldwide. Fiona also advises clients seeking to obtain trade mark rights, as well as advising on inter partes proceedings and intellectual property agreements. Fiona studied English Language and Linguistics at the University of Aberdeen, and also has a master’s in Forensic Linguistics from Aston University.
