Flavia M. Murad-Schaal is an experienced senior attorney in IP, and founding partner of Mansur Murad Advogados in Brazil. She has a PhD in Intellectual Property Law from Lorraine University, France and a Master of Droit des Affaires Internationales, DESS, from René Descartes University (Paris V, França). She also holds an MBA in AI Management (Saint Payl/Exame College) and a Business Management Certification from ISE/IESE Business School. Flavia is Coordinator of the Intellectual and Digital Property Center at the CEU Law School, associated with the ISE/IESE Business School, Belavista College, and holds a professorship for several International Trademark Association (INTA) courses at Lorraine University (France) and various Brazilian universities, as well as courses in IP and fashion. Flavia has received annual recognition in several rankings connected with IP (Chambers, Legal 500, Leaders League, among others), occupying prominent positions in these.
