He focuses on M&A transactions, capital markets, capital market compliance, market abuse subjects and takeover law.
Florian is a member of the Austrian Bar Association as well as Aktienforum (Austrian Association for stock issuers and investors) and the IBA Securities Law Committee. He is also a member of the supervisory board of a leading Austrian steel and technology group and the author of numerous publications on capital markets and corporate law.
