Francesca is the head of the Commercial Department at Trevisan & Cuonzo. She specialises in civil law with particular emphasis on commercial and corporate law, with a focus on issues related to business and intellectual property, including technology transfer and knowhow assignments, trade secrets protection, co-research development agreement, as well as dispute resolution.
