Francis Langlois

Francis is an associate in the corporate law group of McCarthy Tétrault’s Montreal office. His practice focuses on merger & acquisition, intellectual property and privacy. He is a co-author of Responsible AI: A Global Policy Framework published by the International Technology Law Association. Francis graduated from McGill University in 2019 with a bachelor in civil law and common law (B.C.L./JD), with a mention on the Dean’s Honour List. He also holds a bachelor in international relations and international law from the Université du Québec à Montreal, awarded with Honorable Mention in 2016.
