Since joining SSE Plc in 2002, Gaby has grown an in-house dispute resolution team of 14 lawyers and claims handlers undertaking all areas of commercial, civil and regulatory legal work for the group, including advising on disposals and acquisitions, development, planning, financing, procurement (construction contracts and strategy), litigation, regulation and general support for operational teams on a variety of different energy projects.
