Mr. Aquino handles civil and criminal litigation specializing in commercial disputes, product liability and consumer issues, administrative and regulatory litigation, cases involving public officials, white-collar crimes, and government and legislative advocacy. He is also active in representing clients in Congressional investigations and has had the opportunity to assist in the crafting and deliberations of some pieces of legislation.
