Gladys Wamaitha has over 25 years’ experience as an advocate and is an expert in commercial and civil litigation, with over 15 years’ experience in dispute resolution. She believes everyone is entitled to an even playing field and every dispute can be resolved if it is managed efficiently, professionally and cost-effectively. She is the author of ‘The Mediator’. She holds a BA and a LLB degree, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, is an Accredited Mediator with the Kenyan Judiciary and the lead trainer of Module 1 Mediation Course. She is also an active member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the Law Society of Kenya SACCO (Board Member), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration, and the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA-Kenya) Pro-bono Legal Aid Scheme.
