Ph. D in private law, Professor at Sciences Po (Paris) since 2011 and from 1999 to 2010 at the University of Paris 2 - Assas in banking and financial law, Hubert de Vauplane has practiced in banking and financing for more than 35 years within various international banks as General Counsel and for 11 years within the Kramer Levin firm where he is in charge of the FinTech Department. He is or used to be expert to the World Bank, European Commission, AMF and European Central Bank.
