Janice Ooi Huey Peng is a Partner in Skrine’s dispute resolution division and her practice areas focuses on restructuring and insolvency, corporate and commercial disputes including shareholders’ disputes. She is a Board member of the Malaysia Network of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). She has appeared as counsel (both as lead counsel and junior counsel) at all tiers of the Malaysian courts in contested winding up and insolvency proceedings, as well as corporate & commercial disputes.
