Jin-Hyuk Jang is an international counsel in Debevoise’s Frankfurt office. He advises sponsors on the structuring of investment funds covering numerous sectors and strategies, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and credit funds. He is also experienced in regulatory matters and supports clients with questions around managing, advising and marketing private funds. He has deep insights into the private fund-related aspects of European financial regulation and advises clients on ESG-related regulations, including SFDR and CSRD.
