Joachim is an Associate in the Competition team. He advises clients on a range of competition law matters, including merger control, regulatory compliance and investigations. Joachim’s recent experience includes co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional merger control assessments, advising on the CMA’s market study into online platforms and digital advertising, as well as acting for a variety of fintech companies and global payments platforms.
