He has more than 20 years of experience in court and has a deep knowledge of the ins and outs of the judicial and arbitration courts, where he represents clients’ interests in civil, commercial, and financial disputes. He also boasts vast experience in insolvency procedures, advising on both company recovery and liquidation, and acting in the defence of creditor and investor interests, and assisting directors with compliance of their legal duties.
