Jokin Beltrán de Lubiano joined Uría Menéndez in 2017 and has been a managing associate since 2025. He regularly represents companies before national and European competition authorities in both M&A transactions and behavioural investigations and also represents clients in civil antitrust litigation. In addition, Jokin advises clients on EU law matters and assists companies in legal proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
