Jonathan Casey

Jonathan Casey is an associate in the litigation department of the Bermuda office of Conyers. Jonathan is a specialist family law practitioner. Jonathan specializes in all aspects of family law including divorce, financial disputes, and pre-nuptial agreements. He has significant experience in complex financial remedy proceedings, including disputes concerning significant wealth, and where there are issues over assets held within business structures or by trusts. Jonathan also conducts proceedings in relation to children and represents parents who are often locked into fraught and highly contentious residence and child contact disputes. In addition, Jonathan also conducts litigation between separating cohabitants in relation to property disputes, and separating parents in respect of financial claims.
