He has deep multi-jurisdictional expertise in advising blockchain, fintech, and virtual assets projects from early-stage ventures to the world’s pre-eminent projects and platforms. From co-founding a blockchain collective in 2017 to lecturing on governance and structuring best practices, Josh has established himself as a trusted advisor to many clients through his innovative approach to solving complex client problems. He is also an active contributor to digital asset communities in the Cayman Islands and in the United States having previously practised in New York. Josh’s practice involves advising clients on the life cycle of transactions and projects including in relation to complex and novel commercial transactions, structuring and governance issues, cross-border regulatory considerations, and ongoing commercial advisory matters.
