She has five years’ experience in IP and TMT, having handled various transactions in this area. These include advisory on Bills and policy for technology companies, corporate secretarial services for e-commerce companies, consumer protection issues, certifications, data protection advisory and training of teams for compliance in IP and data protection. She holds an LLB from Makerere University, Kampala, an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. She has also trained in IP with the WIPO Academy.
