Karen is a Counsel at Seyfarth Shaw, a U.S. law firm providing all-rounded services across 18 offices situated in the United States, Europe, Greater China and Australia. She has a broad mix of practice ranging from commercial litigation, including asset tracing and enforcement of judgments, injunctions, shareholders’ disputes and companies’ affairs, securities and regulatory disputes to private wealth, probate, trust and estate. Karen is the leading disputes practitioner at Seyfarth’s Hong Kong office and is one of the founding members of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group, focusing on complex cross border disputes and enforcement. She has also represented and advised in a wide range of family disputes involving assets in multi-jurisdictions. Over the years, she has gained experience in both local and international law firms serving clients from multinational corporations to high-net-worth individuals. Her latest focus is on private wealth matters. Karen is admitted as a solicitor of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and an accredited mediator. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
