Katherine focuses her practice on investment management, working with the wider Middle East team of lawyers to advise on a variety of investment funds, fund managers, and institutional investors on fund registrations and fund formations in the region and Cayman Islands, ongoing operational matters, primary investments, and secondary transactions.
