Kimberley has extensive experience in takeovers, schemes of arrangement, private mergers and acquisitions, distressed transactions, minority investments and other structured investments across a broad range of sectors. She also regularly advises boards, major shareholders and senior executives on directors’ duties, corporate governance, ASX Listing Rules and other corporate and securities law obligations.
