Kimmie also has experience in complex international arbitration matters, with expertise in London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules, as well as acting investor-side in an investment treaty challenge. Kimmie is adept in acting on matters relating to allegations of fraud, misrepresentation and breach of warranty claims, and a range of corporate disputes including breaches of director duties, shareholder disputes, and securities-related actions.
