Koen T’Syen is a counsel at Van Bael & Bellis, specialising in Belgian competition law and Belgian and EU regulatory law. His competition law practice focuses on merger control, antitrust investigations and follow-on damages litigation. Koen regularly represents clients before the Belgian Competition Authority and in civil and administrative proceedings before Belgian courts. He has also appeared before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Koen is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
