Krystyna Khripkova is Counsel at IMPACTA LAW in Kyiv, focusing on international commercial and investment arbitration, cross-border commercial litigation, and arbitration-related litigation. She has more than 18 years of experience representing sovereigns, state-owned enterprises, corporate investors, and private clients in high-value disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
Krystyna is particularly experienced in handling both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations (under ICSID, ICC, DIS, LCIA, SCC, Swiss Rules, VIAC, GAFTA, FOSFA, UNCITRAL, and ICAC at the UCCI arbitration rules) seated in common and civil law jurisdictions involving the laws of jurisdictions in Europe and Asia. Krystyna has acted for or advised clients in cross-border commercial litigation (including in the BVI, Cyprus, Monaco, the United Kingdom, and the United States) as well as in proceedings on setting aside and recognition and enforcement of foreign judicial decisions and arbitral awards before Ukrainian courts. Her cases have included disputes concerning the energy sector; military and defence sector; banking and finance; international trade and agriculture; transportation and construction projects.
