Luca Aspesi has over 10 years of experience in Swiss and international tax law. After working for the Exchange of Information in Tax Matters Division of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration, he gained experience in a couple of law firms before joining Tax Partner in 2020. He advises corporate clients on tax planning and reorganisations, as well as private clients, in particular high-net-worth individuals and professional athletes. He also represents clients before tax authorities and courts. Luca Aspesi is a regular speaker at tax seminars and the author of various publications.
