He has 20 years of experience in advising clients in litigation and arbitration cases in civil, commercial and bankruptcy matters. He has been involved in large national disputes, assisting Italian and international companies, and he has often been appointed arbitrator by colleagues and institutional bodies. He holds a postgraduate Diploma in International Dispute Resolution at the Queen Mary University of London and regularly acts for international clients and has extensive experience in cross-border disputes. Luciano also has wide experience in civil and professional liability and post-closing claims. He is an adjunct professor of financial market law at the University of Turin and he is the author of a number of publications in the field of civil and procedural law. He is also co-author of the Practical Commentary on the Rules of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (Commentario Pratico al Regolamento della Camera Arbitrale di Milano).
