Márcia Tomás Pires is a trainee at Morais Leitão and a member of the corporate and M&A team. Before joining, she worked as an international tax consultant where she provided guidance on international taxation issues and financing operation for medium and large companies, with a particular emphasis on technologic companies. Márcia is a Senior Research in the Tax&Tech field at NOVA Tax Research Lab.
