Born on 19 April 1961, Marco Di Toro is the founding partner of MDT Studio Legale. He is a member of the Bar Association of Turin and has been practising law for over 30 years in the field of commercial law, both domestic and international, with special focus on corporate and financial law. Mr. Di Toro has consolidated experience in extraordinary corporate transactions, corporate pre-insolvency issues, distressed assets management and contract law in general; he also assists his clients in arbitration and litigation as well as in pre-litigation and ADR management. He was Councillor of the Bar Association of Turin, Secretary and President of the AGAT (Turin Young Lawyers Association) and Councillor and Treasurer of the Piedmont Civil Chamber. Currently, he is a European Regional Forum International Bar Association member.
