As a member of UGGC Avocats’ Restructuring and Insolvency team for almost 20 years, Marine Simonnot joined the firm as a trainee lawyer before becoming an associate, counsel and then partner in July 2020. She advises and litigates in all areas of restructuring and insolvency law, from the prevention of difficulties, to their resolution through insolvency proceedings. She advises companies of all sizes, their directors and/or shareholders, investment funds, creditors, court-appointed representatives and purchasers. She acts for both French and foreign clients.
