Mark A. Fulford is managing partner of F Chambers in the Turks and Caicos Islands. He is President of the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar Association and has been active in the jurisdiction’s legal modernisation agenda, including the responsible integration of AI into legal practice and court process. He has written and spoken on constitutional law, access to justice, legal reform and the future of the profession. He is called to the Bar of the Turks and Caicos Islands and Saint Lucia. His work focuses on litigation, commercial law, constitutional and public law, institutional reform and strategic legal advisory services.
