Martina Arioli is the founder of Arioli Law and one of Switzerland’s most established practitioners in technology law. With more than 25 years of international experience, she advises on IT, digital transformation, cloud and outsourcing projects, particularly where contractual complexity, regulatory sensitivity and operational reality intersect. Her work covers the full lifecycle of major sourcing and technology projects, from contract architecture and negotiation to implementation, transition, dispute resolution, termination and re-sourcing. Prior to establishing Arioli Law, Martina held senior legal positions at Zurich Insurance Company and UBS AG and practised at Walder Wyss Ltd and TIMES Attorneys. She studied law, philosophy and political science at the University of Bern, qualified for the Bar in Bern with distinction, and earned an LLM in Intellectual Property from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She regularly lectures at Swiss universities. Martina Arioli has been ranked by Chambers Europe for technology, media, and telecommunications since 2019 and has been recognised by Who’s Who Legal among Switzerland’s leading business lawyers since 2016.
