Martina joined Trevisan & Cuonzo in 2021, after graduating in law with a dissertation on Digital Copyright and the principle of exhaustion in Europe. She mainly collaborates on trademark and copyright litigation, on trademark opposition procedures, as well as dealing with non-contentious and contractual IP matters.
