He specialises in insolvency law and corporate restructuring, with a focus on debt restructuring agreements, recovery plans, compositions of debts with creditors and extraordinary administrations.
He assists debtors and financial creditors dealing with complex distress situations and debt restructuring processes, including turnaround and special situation investments, corporate reorganisation plans, debt restructuring agreements, compositions of debts with creditors (in/out of court), mergers and acquisitions, and financing of distressed target companies.
He also deals with the purchase and assignment of unlikely to pay/non-performing loan receivables, both portfolios and single-name exposures, and bankruptcy litigation (especially clawback actions).
