Matthew is the Managing Partner of Walkers’ office in the British Virgin Islands. He specialises in advising clients on complex corporate matters and finance matters. Matt regularly acts for major public and private clients in a range of corporate transactions, such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations, including the largest ever take-private of a listed BVI company.
