Her practice consists of transactional mandates, advising on multijurisdictional merger control and foreign direct investment proceedings for both sponsor and strategic clients, and behavioural work whereby she advises on abuse of dominance investigations before major European regulators. Her experience spans a wide range of industries including semiconductors, telecommunications, sport/entertainment, healthcare and financial services. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss she completed her training contract with the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority.
