Michael leads the Projects Team at Shin & Kim. He is a senior foreign attorney whose principal areas of practice are M&A, energy, project finance, and infrastructure. Michael has broad-ranging commercial law experience across a number of jurisdictions around the world. He has acted for both strategic and financial investors and governmental agencies in a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, media, power, mining, property development, hotels, and transport. He started his career with Allens in Melbourne, Australia in M&A and finance, before moving to Korea in mid-2002.
