Miguel Sousa Ferro is a professor at the University of Lisbon Law School, where he teaches courses in EU, Competition and Economic Law. His most recent book is the Research Handbook on Competition Law Private Enforcement in the EU (published by Edward Elgar). He is a managing partner at Sousa Ferro & Associados and is acting for claimants in over 60 opt-out consumer collective redress cases in Portugal.
